UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of design solutions align with design specifications.
- Continuously improve and iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate design decisions effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
- Knowledge of motion design and animation tools.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure.
