Role Overview
As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will play an instrumental role in driving growth, expanding our network, and supporting client engagement initiatives. This position is ideal for enthusiastic, proactive graduates who possess excellent communication skills and a keen interest in emerging technologies especially artificial intelligence and language models.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
- Cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored, solution-oriented proposals.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions, including meetings, presentations, and digital correspondence.
- Prepare comprehensive business proposals and documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and attention to strategic objectives.
- Assist in the client onboarding process, working collaboratively with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, AI advancements, and innovative technologies to position offerings effectively.
- Analyze feedback, sales metrics, and market intelligence to inform business strategies and enhance solution development.
- Manage records of prospecting activities, meetings, proposals, and client communications in an organized manner.
- Exhibit a learning mindset, embracing ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in AI/LLM and business development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Engineering/Technology (BTech)
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong client relationship-building abilities and business acumen.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and solution development skills.
- Proficiency in preparing professional documentation and business proposals.
- Capability to research and stay current with innovations in AI and language technologies.
- Highly proactive, self-driven, organized, and eager to undertake new learning opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
